Intellihome (Chip Crabtree) provided all the audio, video and electronics for our home. Their scope included our security system, satellite, cable, computer and network , automated lighting and our in-home theater. Their work was thorough, timely, professional, on-budget and, best of all, everything worked as advertised. Not only were we extremely pleased with the initial installation, but Chip’s commitment to provide ongoing support has been exceptional. In those rare occasions when we have had a malfunction, Chip has responded immediately and we were back up and running promptly. He even made a house call one Sunday morning to replace a component so we wouldn’t miss a Titans football game on our big screen. Probably the best way to convey our level of satisfaction with Chip and Intellihome is to simply say we are now building a second home and we have already signed them up to provide the audio, video and electronics for it as well.

We used Chip Crabtree (Intellihome) to set up our media room as well as to solve some electrical problems in our new home. Chip and his men were always professional and reasonable.
